Media Plexus Inc. participated in development of application for USAF, which allowed large sets of its financial and operations data to be securely accessible over the web, with strictly controlled and “read only” mode access. We developed and implemented:

  • Selection algorithm to appropriate XML file for authenticated user using Windows API
  • Necessary CFX tag
  • Expiration mechanism on both client and server sides
  • Transfer function of XML content into CF structure
  • API to permissions part of the system and generated crystal reports
  • Login and Role processing sections of the application

The application is browser based, providing access (and some analysis capability) to standard web server-based reports with drill-down capability, criteria selection and, in some cases, OLAP analytical functionality.
