RSI Platform is a complex multi-server multi-portal online and offline (stand-alone) software platform that is created for use by multiple subscribed Timeshare Resorts. It allows Resorts an easy way to collect Maintenance and Special Assessment fees off (paper check) and online (credit cards, ACH, eCheck) while providing Timeshare Owner(s) (TSO) with individualized website capable of displaying all pertinent account information and allow Flexible Pay – making either Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual payments. Additionally, the system will incorporate a complex scheduling system, customized reminders and communication , full paper billing and invoicing support, comprehensive accounting and reporting, collection procedures (integrating with a licensed collection agency), a global newsletter that can be further customized by individual resorts.
